David Walling

Co-Founder & Director

David is a Science graduate in Biology. He received professional training in Information Technology from India, and Horticulture Orchard Production and Management from Kingsburg, California, USA.

Over 10 years ago, David started his career in Teaching and Administration going on to become an entrepreneur. He started PPBC to impact people’s lives through professional services. He loves the soil. He works with farmers and organizations giving them consulting services on how to improve crop production through Grafting, Pruning, Trellising, Thinning, Pest Management etc.

Other than being an Agriculture Consultant, David is a task master. He enjoys project management, networking and serving people to achieve their business goals.

His leisure activities include sports especially football, hiking, driving, reading, exploring IT and much more.

Talichila Imchen
Deputy Director, Business and Soft Skills Consultant; DISC Certified Trainer

Talichila comes with 15 years of work experience in Operations Management, Training, Coaching and Mentoring. Talichila has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Systems Management Diploma from National Institute of Information Technology and Bachelors in Philosophy from India. She is also a DISC Certified Trainer from DISCCERT, San Diego USA.

She has trained thousands of employees ranging from IT and ITES companies, government departments, banks, universities and colleges, NGO’s, hotels etc. Some of the clients she has trained are Hewlett Packard, Honeywell Technologies, Mahindra Engineering, Infosys Technologies, Sungard, Cognizant, Volvo, Government of Nagaland etc.  Her training programs have won her several awards and recognitions from clients in India and global partners.

She has also coached several schools, colleges and university students on – Soft Skills, Career Guidance & Placements, Campus to Corporate transitions.

Some positions she has held are: Associate Director and Head of Operations India at MindSpeed Integrated Solutions - a leading corporate training company, Chief Training Consultant at YouthNet; Subject Matter Expert at e4e India.

Talichila Imchen is passionate about training, and she is committed to empowering individuals and organizations through training. She loves music, following sports, travelling, people and culture.

Rohila Bahodirova

Psychologist & Life Coach

Rohila is a graduate from Gulistan State University. She majored in Russian Language and Literature. She has 17 years of rich experience ranging from Russian Language Teaching, Translation and Management. She is fluent in Russian, Uzbek and English.

Rohila has a diploma in Psychology from Nizami. She has a powerhouse of energy and is passionate about raising people up through Coaching. Many individuals are now experiencing a positive change in their personal and professional lives through her service.

Rohila enjoys good food, interacting with people, and the nature.

Boboyor Turaev

Psychologist & Training Consultant

Boboyor Turaev is a household name in Psychology and Training in Uzbekistan. He has over 21 years of diverse experience in management and consulting. He’s worked in organizations like Westminster International University, YEC, University of World Economy and Diplomacy, WOCCU/USAID World Council of Credit Unions Inc., Uzbekistan British American Tobacco Corporation, etc.

Boboyor is a graduate in Social Psychology from Tashkent State University. He is fluent in Uzbek, Russian, English and Turkish. He is the winner of the bid “Program on Psychological Technologies of Adult Education” of DVV International.

Boboyor has conducted several training programs and psychological diagnostics for companies, NGO’s, universities, banks, hotels, institutions and individuals. Some of the clients he has trained are: Johnson & Johnson, US Embassy, UNDP, Westminster etc. He is a certified service provider of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from Chestnut Global Partnership, and is a member of the American Psychology Association.

As Support Staff Manager, Shamshod heads a team that ensures constant cycle of life at Paramount.  From Documenting process for Visas and Work license to Inventory nuances to Supply Chain Management to Facility management, he brings in his expertise of working effectively with different individuals. A big mandate for him is ensuring happiness quotient of his team members.

With a College Diploma in Project Management and Corporate Communications, Shamshod comes with close to 6 years of professional experience having worked in various industries like Investment Firms, Construction Services and Ride-Hailing Cabs. He also holds a Diploma in Accounting.

Yuliya Komissarova

Accountant & Financial Consultant

Julia has an overall experience of 20 years accumulated in various sectors like University, Bank, Education Ministry to name a few.  A chartered accountant and a lawyer by education, training and experience, Julia has worked for multi-nationals and local companies based in Uzbekistan.  


Julia has worked with managers to implement practical, effective solutions to improve the analyzing of business information thus bringing in financial stability within the organization. She has been instrumental in implementation of operations for issuing invoices, distribution and accounting, their presence in the accounting department.  Meticulous Data keeping like records of import contracts, additional agreements, credit agreements has been her strong assets in all her workplaces. She is also an expert in drafting and monitoring of contractual obligations.


Julia brings in a solid record of experience that is an asset to the company. Along with this, she brings in a positive and infectious attitude to work making her easy to work with.

Salome Taka,
P.R & Communications Consultant

Salome Taka is a Public Relations and Communications professional with over 13 years of hands on experience in developing, leading and implementing communication programs. Her specialization is in the Indian subcontinent along with experience in Asian and European markets.


Over the span of her career, she has managed Communication and Brand building agendas for over 80 Indian and multinational brands that included Fortune 500 companies. Her In-depth experience of working with individuals ranges from ages 20-60 representing 20 Indian States and over 20 countries.


Salome has been an Integral part of senior leadership in managing all aspects of operations. She was a part of an exclusive hand-picked team to assess, engage and influence media on Telenor’s plan of action post cancellation of its telecom license in India by the Supreme Court. Battled and braved the Great Recession in 2008 without losing a single team member. She played a pivotal role in educating and demystifying prospective consumers through media stories on the concept of ride-hailing app paving the way for Uber’s launch in India. Salome’s understanding of various markets has also enabled her to design lessons to train expat CEOs/ Senior Management on “Indian Media Protocols”.  One of her favourite career highlight is to have successfully curated an extensive PR program aimed at brand-building "Airtel Hyderabad Marathon" as "India's Must Run Marathon"
